Fightin’Fit Circuit
The Fightin’Fit original workout was brought to Hong Kong by Shihan/Ajarn Pierre Ingrassia in 1998. All exercises, techniques and movements used by kickboxers are put into a fun but challenging non-stop workout. The Fightin’Fit Circuit uses the same principles but was developed to push cardio endurance utilizing bags, speedballs and pad work to increase speed and to incorporate impact.
Krav Maga
Krav Maga is the official self defense and military hand to hand combat system developed in Israel. It is used by the Israel Defense Forces, Israeli National/Military Police and Israel’s Special Operations and Anti-Terror Units. The unique training methods have received international recognition as innovative, easy to learn and highly practical. If you want to learn practical self defense in a realistic setting this course if for you. Certification levels are being taught and personal training for individuals or for small groups is also available.
Muay Thai
Combining the traditional with the practical. Techniques involve the use of punches, kicks, elbows and knees. This class is the culmination of all previous classes. It is the practical application of hard training and conditioning developed from not only previous classes but also through self-discipline. This is where East meets West with a Thai flavour. Master Li has affiliations with the Hong Kong Muay Thai Association and is an accredited master coach. He was named the Best Muay Thai Instructor for 2008 by the Hong Kong Muay Thai Association.
Shorinjiryu Kenshikai Karate Jutsu
SKKJ is a style of Karatedo originating from Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo (“SKK”) and Japanese Ju Jutsu. It is fully affiliated to the Japanese school of SKK in Tokyo and was founded by Shihan Pierre M. Ingrassia who brought over 30 years of Martial Arts experience to Hong Kong and was World Champion in Karatedo and a Champion Kickboxing Professional. The curriculum follows the Shorinjiryu Kenkokan Karatedo programme and is recognized by the So Hombu Dojo in Japan. From evolutionary Shorinjiryu Katas to applied Koshiki (Hard style) and contemporary fighting techniques with strong elements of Goshin Jutsu (Self Defense), Kobudo (weapons) and applied Zen Philosophy, you’ll find everything in this truly complete Martial Art.
Wing Tsun Kung Fu
The eight principles of Wing Tsun form a system of aggressive self defence that allows practioners to adapt immediately to the size, strength and fighting style of an attacker. It incorporates kicks, punches, elbow strikes, knee strikes, grappling and takedowns. WT does not focus on fighting “techniques” but relies instead on certain fighting and energy principles to be followed at all times. The central idea is to counter attack immediately in a very direct and protected manner and to rely on reflexes to determine how to react if the opponent's attack continues to pose a problem.
