Muay Thai Training in Thailand

Personal Training

Fightin fit Martial Gym is mainly a personal training gym, however, due to the enormous amount of clientele we have decided to establish training sessions for multiple participants and group classes. Personal Training sessions with our Trainers vary between HK$ 500 and HK$ 650 for adults and HK$ 400 and HK$ 500 for children, dependent on the time slot and discipline.

Self Defense

Self Defense courses are offered frequently by the gym or can be booked directly with Shihan Pierre M. Ingrassia for individuals or small groups of up to 8 people. Should instruction for larger groups be required, the client would need to organise with management the date, time and venue.

Fightin’Fit™

Circuit training, utilizing punching bags, speedballs, other specific equipment, footwork, boxing and kickboxing drills is the basis for this routine. The emphasis is on maximum work, minimum rest.

Kickboxing

Maximum results from a highly intensive circuit incorporating all punching and kicking techniques. All equipment a professional fighter would use is trained upon. It also incorporates partner work with pads. Offensive and defensive movements are studied. This is the real thing – just as they do in Kickbox training in Thailand but some of the physical conditioning and especially hard sparring have been eliminated. No blood - just sweat and little tears.

Muay Thai

Combining the traditional with the practical. Techniques involve the use of punches, kicks, elbows and knees. This class is the culmination of all previous classes. It is the practical application of hard training and conditioning developed not only from previous classes, but also through self-discipline. This is where East meets West with a Thai flavour.
